【摘要】 目的:为了更好的提高头位难产产妇的分娩结果并减少不良事件的发生率,分析和探讨实施护理干预的可行性及必要性。方法:按照随机双盲对照的原则将2013年4月~2014年4月在某院妇产科就诊的204例头位难产产妇作为研究对象,其中包括102例观察组和102例对照组,其中对照组患者采取常规护理模式护理,而观察组患者采取护理干预模式护理,分析和探讨不同护理模式对两组母婴的影响。结果:通过对两组患者采取不同的护理模式,观察组患者其总产程时间、疼痛持续时间、麻木持续时间和对照组患者相比均明显降低,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率及新生儿不良事件的发生率显著低于对照组,两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对头位难产产妇采取护理干预,不仅有助于减少各种不良事件的发生几率,而且能够缩短产妇的整个产程,提高母婴的预后,值得推广和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To improve delivery outcome of delivery women with cephalic presentation dystocia and reduce the incidence of adverse events,analyze and discuss the feasibility and necessity of the implementation of nursing intervention. Methods: According to the principle of random double-blind,select 204 cases of delivery women with cephalic presentation dystocia in a hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 as subjects,and divide them into observation group and control group,both including 102 cases. The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given nursing intervention care. Analyze and discuss the influence of different nursing modes on the two groups of maternal and infant. Results: Compared with control group,total duration of labor,pain duration and numbness duration of the observation group decreased significantly,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); the incidence of cesarean section and neonatal adverse events of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Taking nursing intervention to delivery women with cephalic presentation dystocia not only helps reduce the risk of adverse events,but also can reduce the maternal labor duration and improve the prognosis of maternal and infant,which is worth promotion.更多还原
