【摘要】 目的:分析和探讨甲状腺B超在乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)诊断中的临床价值。方法:选取某院2012年1月~2014年1月收治的340例甲状腺疾病患者,行B超、穿刺细胞学及术中冷冻检查,回顾性分析临床诊断资料,探讨乳头状甲状腺癌诊断准确率。结果:在本组研究中,B超诊断准确率为64.97%,术前细针穿刺细胞学检查诊断准确率为29.55%,快速冷冻病理学检查诊断准确率为98.88%,术前B超诊断PTC微小癌准确率为71.43%。结论:在甲状腺患者接受B超检查时,明确甲状腺内是否存在钙化,有利于早期发现乳头状甲状腺癌,同时联合术中快速冷冻检查,对疾病的诊断及治疗提供科学的参考依据,具有重要的临床诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss theclinical value of diagnosing papillary thyroid carcinoma with Type-Bultrasonic. Methods: Select 340 patients with thyroid diseases received by a hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 as the research objects,and these patients were given B ultrasonic,fine-needle aspiration biopsy and intraoperative freezing. Then,the clinical diagnosing materials were retrospectively analyzed in order to probe into the diagnosing accuracy rate of papillary thyroid carcinoma. Results: In this research,the diagnosing accuracy rate of B ultrasonic was 64. 97%,the diagnosing accuracy rate of fine-needle aspiration biopsy was 29. 55%,while the intra operative freezing was 98. 88% and the accuracy rate of B ultrasonic in diagnosing PTC small cancer was 71. 43%. Conclusion: Knowing whether the thyroid has been calcified when thyroid patient receives B ultrasonic is good to find out early papillary thyroid carcinoma. In addition,combing with intra operative freezing can provide scientific reference for diagnosing and treatment. Thus,it is of important clinical application values.更多还原
