【摘要】 目的:探究循证护理对消化道溃疡患者生活质量的影响。方法:将120例消化道溃疡患者随机分为两组,60例对照组患者接受常规护理,60例研究组患者接受循证护理,评价两组患者生活质量、遵医嘱行为。结果:研究组患者心理功能评分、躯体功能评分、社会功能评分、生活状态评分均显著优于对照组,P<0.05,具有差异统计学意义。结论:循证护理能显著提高消化道溃疡患者生活质量,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the influence of evidence-based nursing care on life quality of digestive ulcer patients.Methods:Divide 120 digestive ulcer patients randomly into two groups.60 patients in control group were given conventional nursing care,while 60 patients in study group were given evidence-based nursing care.The life quality and compliance behavior to doctors’ advice of patients in two groups are evaluated.Results:The psychological function score,physical function score,social function score and life state score of patients in study group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The evidence-based nursing care can greatly improve life quality of digestive ulcer patients and is worth to be promoted.更多还原
