【摘要】 目的:研究Egr-1(early growth responsive gene-1,Egr-1)在结直肠癌组织、癌旁粘膜以及癌旁正常粘膜中的表达差异,分析Egr-1核蛋白表达与结肠癌临床病理特征的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法检测结直肠癌组织、癌旁粘膜以及癌旁正常粘膜中Egr-1的表达。结果:Egr-1表达在结直肠癌组织中显著低于癌旁组织及癌旁正常组织(P<0.05);结直肠癌组织中Egr-1表达水平与远处转移密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:Egr-1基因在结直肠癌中表达下调,并在结直肠癌的发生和转移中起着一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the expression level of Egr-1in colorectal cancer,colorectal tissues and paracancerous tissues,and to investigate whether this gene play a role in the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:The expression level of Egr-1in colorectal cancer,colorectal tissues and paracancerous tissues was analysis by immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression of Egr-1in colorectal cancer was dow-)n-regulated than The down-regulation rate of Egr-1expression in colorectal carcinomas tissues was significantly higher than that in paracancerous tissues and colorectal tissues(P<0.05).A correlation between its expression and colorectal cancer tissues with distance metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Expression of Egr-1gene down-regulated in colorectal carcinoma tissues,Low-expression of Egr-1gene may be associated with tumoregenesis and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.更多还原
