节肢动物抗菌肽的生物信息学预测与分析
Bioinformatics Prediction and Analysis of Arthropod Antimicrobial Peptides
【摘要】 抗菌肽(Antimicrobial Peptides,AMPs)是非特异性防御系统的重要组成部分,了解其结构、性质和功能对机体抵御外来侵害具有重要意义.本文利用生物信息学方法,结合Ex PASy和NCBI两大门户网站,对截至2015年11月11日,NCBI上除昆虫纲以外的所有的节肢动物抗菌肽条目进行分类,并对其氨基酸长度、平均疏水性、跨膜结构、信号肽、螺旋区域等特征进行预测及分析.结果表明:节肢动物抗菌肽共190条,多数长度介于10-200个氨基酸;平均疏水性在0~1之间和有1个跨膜区的条目较多,最高的为锯缘青蟹的1.116 666,最低的为蜡螟的-1.056 757;2个或以上跨膜区的共5条,都存在于锯缘青蟹中;蝎目有最多的40个信号肽条目数,大多无螺旋区域.本研究为新型抗菌肽的合成奠定基础.
【Abstract】 Antimicrobial peptides( Antimicrobial Peptides,AMPs) form an important part of nonspecific defense system. It is meaningful to understand their structures,characters and functions to resist foreign aggression. Bioinformatics methods,combined with Ex PASy and NCBI to carr out a detailed classification,prediction and analysis of amino acids in length,average hydrophobicity,transmembrane,signal peptide,and helical structure of all Arthropod Antimicrobial Peptides except insects up to November,11,2015. Results showed that there are 190 entries of Arthropod Antimicrobial Peptides,most of them have 10-200 amino acids.Many of them have average hydrophobicity of 0 to 1,the highest is 1. 116666 in Scylla serrata and the lowest is-1. 056757 in Galleria mellonella. Only Scylla serrata has two or more transmembranes. Scorpiones have the most 40 signal peptide entries. No helical structure was predicted in most of them. Our study is the basis of further synthesis of new AMPs.
