【Abstract】 Guarantee of rural drinking water security is a long-term task. Rural drinking water quality improvement and effect increase project was implemented according to requirements in provincial and municipal plan during the ‘13th-fiveyear’plan; thereby rural citizens can drink more convenient,more stable and safer drinking water. Fund is the foundation of construction during implementation of any project. It is the guarantee to realize the project. In the paper,problems and management conditions of Binzhou drinking water project are combined for mainly discussing several drinking water financing mode.更多还原
