【Abstract】 In the paper,it is mainly introduced that Liaoning Province studies in the technical links of small reservoir comprehensive review,forecast early warning,management protection mode,mobile phone flood news report system,etc.within 7 years in order to actually strengthen the management of small reservoirs,ensure safe operation of the reservoir and fully exert the efficiency.
