【摘要】 目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞术联合B超引导下清宫治疗的护理方法。方法选取我院2013年10月~2016年4月剖宫产子宫疤痕妊娠48例为研究对象,采用子宫动脉栓塞术为主要方法的病例提出护理要点。结果其中有46例经子宫动脉栓塞联合清宫术后,除1例经腹行子宫病损切除以外,均治疗成功。结论子宫动脉栓塞术联合B超引导下清宫治疗剖宫产疤痕妊娠,具有降低大出血风险,保留妇女生育功能,疗效确切安全,副作用轻的优点,值得临床推广,护理人员对手术患者的精心护理,是保证患者康复的必要条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the nursing of uterine artery embolization combined with ultrasound guided curettage method.Methods 48 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy in our hospital from October 2013 to April 2016 were selected as the research object. The main points of nursing care were made by using uterine artery embolization as the main method.Results Among 46 cases of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage, except 1 cases underwent abdominal uterine lesion resection, were treated successfully.Conclusion Uterine artery embolization combined with ultrasound guided curettage treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy, decrease the risk of bleeding, keep women’s reproductive function, effect and safety, has the advantages of mild side effects, it is worthy of clinical promotion, careful nursing of patients, is a necessary condition to ensure the rehabilitation of patients.更多还原
