响应面优化超临界CO2萃取牛至油工艺研究

【摘要】 试验采用提取率较高的超临界CO2萃取技术萃取牛至油。在单因素试验基础上通过响应面试验优化了牛至油的超临界CO2萃取工艺,确定的最优萃取工艺参数为:萃取压力35 Mpa,萃取温度50℃,CO2流率3.6 L/min,萃取时间3 h,此条件下牛至油得率达到5.82%。

【Abstract】 The supercritical CO2 extraction technology as oregano oil extraction method for it’s higher extraction tatio was applied.The supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of oregano oil were optimized through the response surface test based on the single factors experiments.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:extraction pressure of 35 MPa,extraction temperature of 45 ℃,CO2 flow rate of 3.6 L/min,extraction time of 3 h,the extraction rate of oregano oil were 5.82%.
