现代消费电子产品塑料外壳的自顶向下设计及3D打印研究

【摘要】 针对消费电子产品更新换代速度快、个性化的特点,采用自顶向下设计方法及3D打印实现消费电子产品塑料外壳的高质量、高速度设计及模型高精度、高效率成型。分别阐述了骨架模型设计法、主控模型设计法及应用范围。阐述了桌面型3D打印的一般流程,建立了常用的三种工艺模式参数。以小音箱作为案例进行了验证。结果表明,消费电子产品的自顶向下设计和3D打印,能显著提高设计和模型成型效率,缩短新产品设计和研发的周期,并为其他机械产品的自顶向下设计及快速成型提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】 For consumer electronics features of fast updating speed and personalization,top-down design methodology and 3-D printing technology were adopted to achieve high-quality plastic housing of consumer electronics products,high-speed design,high-precision model accuracy and efficient molding.The skeleton model design method,the master model design method and its application range were elaborated.The general flow of desktop 3-D printing was described,three commonly used process model parameters were established.A mini speaker was taken as a case.The results show that the top-down design of consumer electronics and 3-D printing can improve the efficiency of design and model forming,and shorten new product design and development cycles.The case provides a reference for top-down design and rapid prototyping of other mechanical products.
