打印方式对熔融沉积(FDM)产品力学性能的影响
Influence of Printing Patterns on the Properties of Fused Deposition Modeling( FDM) Products
【摘要】 通过挤出成型制备聚乳酸线材,采用熔融沉积方法制备标准样条,研究层积角度、打印层厚度和填充密度对打印产品的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和表面形貌等性能的影响。研究结果表明:产品打印时的沉积角度为0°打印的产品,其力学性能比沉积角度为45°的低;打印层厚度为0.2 mm产品的力学性能略高于层厚为0.1 mm的产品;打印产品的弯曲强度和冲击强度随着填充密度的增加而增加。
【Abstract】 In this paper,plastic filament of polylactic acid( PLA) was made by extrusion and then it was applied in fused deposition modeling( FDM) to produce standard samples. The influence of the raster angle,printing thickness and filling proportion on the tensile strength,bending strength,impact strength and surface morphology of the product were studied. Results show that: the printed samples produced in the condition of 0° raster angle show poorer mechanical properties than the samples produced in the condition of 45° raster angle; the samples with printing thickness of 0. 2 mm have slightly better mechanical properties than the samples with printing thickness of 0. 1 mm. The bending and impact strength of the sample increase with the increase in filling proportion.
