基于时序控制的大平板件熔接痕问题分析及工艺控制研究

【摘要】 阐述了3种熔接痕的类型和改善措施。以自动贩卖机内衬板为研究对象,运用有限元模拟软件Moldflow对其进行填充分析模拟。对大平板件注塑成型过程中熔接痕产生的原因进行分析,并通过时序控制对熔接痕和锁模力变化影响的研究,提出改进措施。采用时序控制热流道技术对其注塑方案进行3组设计,并分别分析浇口位置、针阀开闭时间与熔接痕及锁模力的关系。在分析过程中逐步优化浇注系统的结构和工艺,发现锁模力与时序控制的密切关系,并提出一个消除熔接痕过程中减小锁模力的方法。

【Abstract】 Three kinds of weld mark and improving measures were expounded in this thesis. As the research object,a vending machine lining plate was used to perform a injection molding simulation analysis with the finite element simulation software Moldflow. In the process of injection molding for the big tablet,the causes of weld mark were analyzed. Through the research on the effects of clamping force change and weld mark for the sequential control, some improvements were proposed. The sequential control hot runner technology was used to design 3 groups injection solutions. The relationship of the gate location, needle valve’ s opening and closing time and the weld mark and the clamping force were analyzed. In the analysis process,the gating system structure and process were optimized gradually, and a close relationship of clamping force and sequential control was found out,and a method of reducing clamping force in the process of fusion weld mark was put forward.
