脲醛树脂固化反应历程研究
Study on the Curing Reaction Mechanism of Urea-formaldehyde Resin
【摘要】 以脲醛树脂模塑粉为研究对象,采用差示扫描量热、二维红外光谱、转矩流变、动态力学性能等方法研究分析了其固化成型阶段的反应历程,建立其固化反应动力学方程。体系交联固化反应速度快,固化所需时间短,固化交联反应以缩合反应为主,固化程度高,固化后的脲醛制品表现出刚而脆的断裂行为,显示出较高的拉伸强度和模量。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the curing reaction mechanism of urea-formaldehyde resin moulding powder was investigated by the methods of differential scanning calorimetry, in situ infrared spectroscopy, torque rheometer and dynamic mechanical properties analysis. The curing kinetic equation of urea-formaldehyde resin was established. The results show that the curing time is very short for urea-formaldehyde system and the system exhibites high curing reaction rate. The curing degree is high and the crosslinking reactions are proved to consist of condensation reactions mainly. After curing,the urea-formaldehyde products show brittle fracture behavior and high tensile strength as well as modulus.
