压实方法对粗粒料最大干密度的影响研究

【摘要】 压实方法是影响粗粒料最大干密度的主要因素之一,采用二维颗粒流程序对振动台法、表面振动器法及现场振动碾压实法3种压实方法进行了数值模拟,研究压实方法对最大干密度的影响。结果表明,压实方法对粗粒料最大干密度的影响不容忽视。振动台法和表面振动器法最大干密度不同的主要原因是振动加速度和附加盖重作用机理不同;而表面振动器法和现场振动碾压实法最大干密度不同的主要原因是碾压速度和试样尺寸不一致。当利用室内极值干密度试验结果评价现场压实效果时,应注意以上因素的影响。

【Abstract】 The compaction method is one of important factors which affect maximum dry density of coarse-grained material.Three compaction methods of vibrating table method,surface vibrator method and field-compaction method are simulated by using 2-D Particle Flow Code to study the influences of compaction method on maximum dry density of coarse-grained material.The results indicate that the influence cannot be ignored.The main reason of different maximum dry density between vibrating table method and surface vibrator method is different act mechanism between vibration acceleration and additional weight,and the reason between surface vibrator method and field-compaction method is different rolling velocity and sample dimensions.So,above influence should be considered when determining field-compaction effect according to the results of indoor dry density tests.
