【摘要】通过烫伤、刺伤、无伤3种方式在"巨花一号"金银花Lonicera japonica叶片上接种旋丝毛壳菌Chaetomium bostrychodes JY-10菌株,WA培养基光照培养14 d后,病斑症状、菌落形态与原始特征均吻合,表明旋丝毛壳菌JY-10菌株是金银花叶片黑色斑枯病的病原菌,通过伤口侵入。更多还原

【Abstract】 The author inoculated Chaetomium. bostrychodes JY-10 into the leaves of ’ JU HUA NO. 1’by scald,stabbed and no-injury methods. After light training in WA culture medium for 14 d,the spot symptoms,colony appearances were coincident with the former pathogen characteristics. This verified that C. bostrychodes JY-10 is the pathogen of black spot blight to honeysuckle leaves and penetrates from the wound.更多还原
