对苯二胺类防老剂在橡胶中的耐水抽提及迁移性研究

【摘要】 使用高效液相色谱以及丙酮抽提等方法,对对苯二胺类防老剂IPPD、6PPD、TMPPD、7PPD、77PD等产品进行了耐水抽提以及迁移性能研究。实验结果表明,从水溶性来看,防老剂IPPD易于被水抽出,6PPD较难被冷水抽出,而TMPPD则基本不会被水抽出;从迁移性来看,防老剂TMPPD迁移速度最慢,6PPD和7PPD次之,再次是77PD,而IPPD由于分子最小,迁移速度最快。

【Abstract】 By using acetone extraction and efficient LC, the water-resistant extraction and migration of para-phenylene diamine antioxidants such as 6PPD, IPPD, 7PPD, 77 PD & etc. were studied. It was found that IPPD was easy to extract from water and 6PPD was easy to extract from cool water while TMPPD was difficult to extract. And TMPPD also showed the most slowest migration speed from compounds. The migration of 6PPD and 7PPD were slower than those of IPPD.
