【摘要】 鄂北水资源配置工程作为解决鄂北地区干旱问题的一项大型水资源配置工程,其水资源优化配置坚持以节水型社会建设为基础,同时通过对当地水资源、外引水及生态环境用水供需关系的统筹考虑,既解决该地区干旱缺水的问题,又推动当地节水型社会建设。本文介绍的鄂北地区水资源优化配置模型,在以节水型社会建设的前提下,突破了传统的节水型社会的建设思路,为节水型社会的建设提供了新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a large sized water resources allocation project for solving the drought problem from the north region of Hubei Province,the North Hubei Water Resources Allocation Project persists in allocating water resources on the basis of the construction of water-saving society,meanwhile,it not only solves the drought and water shortage problems from the region,but also promotes the construction of the local water-saving society through the overall consideration on the supply-demand relationship among the local water resources,the diverted water and the eco-environment water demand. Under the premise of the construction of watersaving society,the model for optimal water resources allocation in north region of Hubei Province introduced herein breaks through the conventional construction concept of the water-saving society,and thus provides a new idea for the water-saving society construction.更多还原
