引嫩扩建骨干工程联合调度的影响因素分析

【摘要】 黑龙江省引嫩扩建骨干工程位于黑龙江省西部嫩江左岸低平原区,是在原有的引嫩基础上的改扩建工程。结合初步设计报告,总结出其渠道的联合调度原则,并且重点分析了气象因素、水文地质因素以及人为污染因素对引嫩扩建骨干工程渠道联合调度的影响,指出不规则降水所引发的干旱、洪水以及水污染所带来的水质变化是影响该工程渠道调度的主要因素。

【Abstract】 The Key Works for Expansion of Nenjiang River Water Diversion Project in Heilongjiang Province is located on the low-plain at the left bank of Nenjiang River in the west of the province,which is an improvement and expansion project on the original basis of Nenjiang River Water Diversion Project. Combined with the preliminary design report,the joint-operation principle for the channels of it is summarized herein,and then the impacts from the meteorological factors,hydrogeological factors and the factors from the manmade pollutions on the joint-operation the channels of the Key Works for the Expansion of Nenjiang River Water Diversion Project are emphatically analyzed. It is pointed out that droughts and floods caused by the irregular rainfalls and the water quality changes caused by water pollutions are the main impacting factors on the joint-operation of the channels of the project.
