设备部署方式对云制造中子任务调度的影响
Effects of facilities deployment methods on subtasks scheduling in cloud manufacturing
【摘要】 为实现云制造系统的高效运行,基于对任务过程和系统实体的分析,提出多种分布式协作设备的部署方法,包括随机、类型均衡、功能均衡及方位意识部署。结合多种设备优化调度方法展开仿真实验,对这些部署方法的性能展开分析比较,实验结果表明,物理距离对开销和处理时延有不可忽视的影响,方位意识部署具有最小的运输开销;在轻载状态下方位意识部署的时延最小,在重载状态下功能均衡部署的时延最小,任务量增加会使设备上出现子任务拥塞,使生产时延占总时延的比例更大。
【Abstract】 To achieve efficient operation of cloud manufacturing system,the tasks’ procedure and entities’ elements were analyzed in detail,and several facilities deployment methods were proposed,including random,type-balanced,function-balanced and location-aware deployment.Simulation was carried out combining several optimization objectives for facilities scheduling.Results show that physical distance between two enterprises can influence the overall cost and delay,and location-aware deployment leads to smaller transportation cost.Location-aware deployment and function-balanced deployment lead to smaller overall processing delay for low-workload state and high-workload state of system respectively.When workload is high,there is severe congestion of subtasks in facilities,so the overall processing time is mostly composed of production time.
