金属化球团冷却过程中参数的选择
Selection of parameters in cooling process of metallized pellets
【摘要】 为了在实际生产中对金属化球团冷却过程中的参数进行合理选择,通过建立金属化球团和筒式冷却机的数学模型,应用离散单元法研究了倾角、转速和填充率对金属化球团流动特性的影响规律,并对金属化球团流动的内部机理进行了研究。结果表明:在填充率为5%,转速为2.2 r/min时,最佳倾角范围是2°~3°,此时颗粒混合标准差和受力均较小。颗粒受力在转速为2.7 r/min时达到最大值,混合标准差在填充率为8.5%时达到最大值,实际生产中应避开此转速和填充率,综合考虑各因素来进行参数选择。颗粒经历着滑移、滚落的小循环和塌落的大循环是筒内颗粒流动的内在机理,并且颗粒的滑移周期为2.5 s左右。
【Abstract】 In order to make a reasonable selection of the parameters in the cooling process of the metallized pellets in actual production,by establishing the mathematical model of the metallized pellets and cylinder cooling machine,the effects of the dip angle,rotational speed and filling rate on the metallized pellets flow characteristics were studied using the discrete element method,and the internal mechanism of the metallized pellets flow was studied. The results show that,when the filling rate is 5% and rotational speed is 2. 2 r / min,the optimum dip angle is 2 °to 3°,and at this time,the standard deviation of particles mixing and the force of particles are small. The force of particles reaches the maximum when the rotational speed is 2. 7 r / min,and the standard deviation of particles mixing reaches the maximum when the filling rate is 8. 5%. In actual production,the abovementioned rotational speed and filling rate should be avoided and various factors must be taken into account for selection of the parameters. The small cycle of slipping,rolling and the big cycle of collapsing which the particles experience are the internal mechanism of the particles flow in the cylinder,and the cycle of slipping is about 2. 5 s.
