【摘要】 遴选经济、社会和生态三方面评价指标构建城市土地利用综合效益评价体系,运用功效系数法分层计量宁波市2002~2013年土地利用效益,并与其他五个同类城市对比。结果表明:12002~2013年宁波市城市土地利用综合效益呈逐年递增趋势,但与同类城市相比仍较低,土地利用水平有较大提升潜力;2城市土地利用综合效益与城市发展程度、产业结构及布局有一定关系,宁波第三产业有待进一步挖潜;3宁波土地利用综合效益的变化与经济、社会、生态的发展变化呈现不同步性。更多还原

【Abstract】 An index system that combines economic,social and ecological criteria had been established to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of urban land use in the city of Ningbo,the efficacy coefficient was applied to hierarchically measure the land use efficiency from 2002 to 2013.The result was compared with five similar cities.The results were concluded as follows: Firstly,comparing with the similar cities,the comprehensive benefit of urban land use in Ningbo city was increasing year by year from 2002 to 2013,however,the standard of land use of it had great potential to improve.Secondly,the relationship of comprehensive use of urban land,industrial structure and layout was close.Tertiary industry of Ningbo had yet to further development.Lastly,the variation of comprehensive benefit of Ningbo land use presented asynchronism in the development of economy society and ecology.更多还原
