【摘要】 肇庆产茶历史悠久,唐代已有产茶记载,宋时已有贡茶,明清时鼎湖山茶已名声显赫。肇庆鼎湖白云茶是岭南历史名茶之一,《广东新语》和《续茶经》中均提到端州白云茶,即指鼎湖茶。建国以后,鼎湖茶几乎销声匿迹,王镇恒主编《中国名茶志》仅提到鼎湖茶为明代贡品,属小叶种绿茶。近年,肇庆市政府逐渐重视鼎湖山茶的开发,希望在不久的将来能重现鼎湖茶的风采。本文从茶史、茶文化视角挖掘展现肇庆市鼎湖山茶文化,并对肇庆茶文化的开发利用提出几点构想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Zhaoqing city has a long history of producing tea, whose record may track back to Tang Dynasty,and and the tea became the tribute in Song Dynasty. From Ming to Qing Dynasty, Dinghu Tea had been well known, being one of the famous tea in Lingnan. The works New Writings on Guang Dong and Sequel to the Classic of Tea had recorded the Duanzhou White Cloud Tea which referred to Dinghu Tea. After liberation, Dinghu tea gradually lost its fame The work The Record of Chinese Tea only mentioned that Dinghu Tea was tribute in Ming Dynasty, and the type of tea belonged to little leaf green tea. In recent years, Zhaoqing government came to pay attention to develop the industry of Dinghu Tea, and the glory of Dinghu Tea maybe reappear in the future.This article shows the Dinghu Mountain Tea history and tea culture, providing several ideas about the exploitation and utilization of tea culture resource.更多还原
