【Abstract】 The transformation and adjustment of economy in our country, and the change of economic situation at home and abroad have brought about some young laid-off workers in enterprises. In the long run, to promote the rational flow and allocation of labor resources is a huge problem in the social and economic development of our country. This thesis is devoted to theoretical research of the problems of the re- employment of the young laid-off workers.
