【Abstract】 Tau protein is microtubule associated protein, not only express the central and peripheral nervous system, but also present in the lung, kidney and testis tissue. Tau protein in the central nervous system are mainly distributed in neuronal axons, participate in the assembly of microtubules and maintain the stability of microtubules.
