【摘要】 探讨何新慧教授治疗脾胃病的临床经验。认为该病基本病机为多种因素导致的脾胃升降失常,提出"脾胃诸疾,治宜和理"的观点,即顺应脾胃的生理特性,从升降、气血、寒热、虚实等方面入手调其不和,并注重调肝以和脾胃,使中焦恢复"中和"状态。治疗慢性胃炎以自拟"和胃清化汤"随症加减。并附验案2则。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discussed the clinical experience of Professor He Xinhui in treating spleen and stomach diseases. She considers the disorder of ascending and descending in spleen or stomach caused by various factors as the basic pathogenesis of this disease. She puts forward the viewpoint that multifarious diseases of spleen and stomach should be treated with reconciliation method,which means regulating ascending-descending,qi-blood,cold-heat,deficiency-excess to improve the discord and paying attention to the liver regulation to achieve spleen-stomach harmony and recover middle-jiao to"Zhonghe"status according to the physiological properties of spleen and stomach. Hewei Qinghua Decoction is made and used in the treatment of chronic gastritis,which modified according to the syndrome. Two proven cases were presented.更多还原
