【摘要】 目的观察清肺化痰方治疗婴幼儿哮喘性支气管炎的临床疗效及其对肺功能的影响。方法将157例哮喘性支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组(81例)和对照组(76例),在服用盐酸丙卡特罗口服液的基础上分别给予清肺化痰方和射干合剂,疗程10 d。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后肺功能变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为93.83%,对照组为86.84%;两组临床疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组Rrs SO均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组Crs SO均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),但两组之间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论清肺化痰方治疗婴幼儿哮喘性支气管炎临床疗效良好,且能改善肺功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of"Qingre Huatan Decoction"in treating asthmatic bronchitis and its influence on lung function. Methods One hundred and fifty-seven subjects were randomized into observation group( n = 81) and control group( n = 75),and treated by Procaterol Hydrochlorise Oral Solution; besides,they were treated respectively by"Qingre Huatan Decoction"and"Shegan Mixture",with a course of 10 days. The clinical efficacy and lung function were observed. Results The total effective ratewas 93. 83% in the observation group and 86. 84% in the control group,with no difference between them( P > 0. 05). After treatment,Rrs SO was obviously reduced in both groups( P < 0. 05),with lower level in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05); the Crs SO was increased in both groups( P < 0. 05),with no difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05).
