【摘要】 目的探讨归脾颗粒对老年营养不良性骨质疏松症患者的疗效及对血清离子水平的影响。方法选择2013年7月~2016年7月湖州市中心医院接诊的80例营养不良性骨质疏松患者,通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上,服用归脾颗粒。治疗3个月后,比较2组患者骨密度、瘦素、血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组骨密度(0.78±0.09)g/cm2、瘦素(12.45±1.85)ng/m L均高于对照组(0.69±0.07)g/cm2、(9.85±1.52 ng/m L)(P<0.05);观察组血钙(2.56±0.08)mmol/L、血磷(1.43±0.13)mmol/L、碱性磷酸酶水平(33.41±9.31)U/L均优于对照组(2.27±0.06)mmol/L,(1.85±0.21)mmol/L,(39.12±10.21)U/L(P<0.05);观察组中医证候总积分(2.85±0.32)低于对照组的(5.03±0.49)(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组的67.50%(27/40)(P<0.05)。结论在营养不良性骨质疏松患者中,应用归脾颗粒效果显著,可有效改善骨密度,维持血钙、血磷平衡,降低碱性磷酸酶水平,缓解临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of Guipi granule in treatment of elderly patients osteoporosis with malnutrition and its effects on serum ion levels. Methods A total of 80 patients of osteoporosis with malnutrition in Huzhou Central Hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 in this study were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Guipi granule on the basis of the control group. Conclusion Guipi granule is well for osteoporosis with malnutrition patients,which can effectively improve bone mineral density,maintain the blood calcium and blood phosphorus balance,reduce the level of alkaline phosphatase,relieve the clinical symptoms.更多还原
