【摘要】 目的观察他克莫司治疗白癜风患者的临床疗效以及其对皮损处肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的表达情况。方法将2013年1月~2016年8月在北华大学附属医院皮肤科收治的白癜风患者按照随机分组法分为2组,各300例,其中对照组白癜风患者给予正常治疗方式(窄谱中波紫外线),实验组在对照组治疗的基础上添加他克莫司药物治疗,观察并记录对照组和实验组的临床治疗情况,同时,检测并记录皮损处TNF-α的表达情况。结果实验组治疗总有效率是100.00%显著高于对照组总有效率63.67%(P<0.05)。对于不同分型的白癜风患者,实验组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者皮损处TNF-α的表达率下降程度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论他克莫司可以提高白癜风患者的治疗有效率降低皮损处TNF-α表达量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus in the treatment of patients with leucoderma and the effect on the expression of TNF-α in the skin lesions. Methods All patients with leucoderma were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2016 and were divided into two groups,300 cases in each group. The control group were given standard therapy(NB-UVB),experimental group were added tacrolimus therapy on the basis of control group,and the clinical efficacy and the expression of TNF alpha in the skin lesions were observed and recorded. Results The total efficacy in experimental group was higher than control group(100. 00% vs. 63. 67%,P < 0. 05). The efficacy for different types of leucoderma in experimental group was higher than control group(P < 0. 05). The TNF-α in lesion of experimental group was lower than control group(P < 0. 05).Conclusion Tacrolimus can improve the efficiency of the treatment of patients with ritiligo and reduce the TNF-α expression.更多还原
