【摘要】 目的观察复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月~2015年3月慈溪市第六人民医院眼科诊断为缺血性视神经病变的患者68例(70眼),按随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组各35眼,对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用复方樟柳碱注射液治疗,记录并分析治疗后2组患者视力和平均光敏感度(MS)及治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗2周后视力和MS分别为(0.55±0.10、19.01±1.43),均优于对照组(0.42±0.08、15.88±1.35)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为85.71%,高于对照组68.57%(P<0.05)。结论复方樟柳碱注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的疗效肯定、确切,与常规治疗相比无明显不良反应,能有效改善缺血性视神经病变患者症状,值得临床进一步研究和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of compound anisodine injection on ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 68 patients( 70 eyes) were diagnosed with ischemic optic neuropathy from March 2014 to March 2015 andwere randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 eyes in each group. Control group was given conventional treatment,observation group were treated with compound anisodine injection on the basis of control group,with a course of 2 months. recorded and analysed of visual acuity and mean sensitivity( MS) and therapeutic effect of two group. Results Visual acuity and mean sensitivity( MS) of observation group after treatment were( 0. 55 ± 0. 10,19. 01 ± 1. 43) better than control group( 0. 42 ± 0. 08,15. 88± 1. 35)( P < 0. 05); observation group post-treatment,the total effective rate was 85. 71%,which was higher than that of 68. 57% of control group( P< 0. 05). Conclusion Effect of compound anisodine injection in treating ischemic optic neuropathy is definite,exactly,compared with conventional therapy,there was no significant adverse reactions,can effectively improve the symptoms of disease in patients with ischemic optic,it is worthy of further research and application.更多还原
