【Abstract】 This article summarized the current research development of lipase-catalyzed reaction in supercritical CO₂,and mainly described the the newest research direction SC-CO₂\IL system of the enzyme-catalyzed reaction in supercritical CO₂,including analyze at the molecular level the reason of the change of the solubility in SC-CO₂\IL system and the decreasing of the IL’s melting points,and then has enumerated the recent application situation of SC-CO₂\IL system in the enzyme-catalyzed reaction.更多还原
