【摘要】 2015年5月24—28日,2015年东盟地区论坛第四次救灾演习在马来西亚玻璃市州举行。广东省第二人民医院被国家任命作为我国唯一医疗机构,代表国家派出紧急医学救援队参加。此次由中、美、俄、日、韩、印、澳、欧盟等近30个国家参与的演习以台风登陆马来半岛北部为背景,在化学品泄漏、建筑物坍塌、洪水、石油泄漏和工厂事故等模拟情境下进行救援。国家紧急医学救援队负责化学品泄漏、建筑物坍塌、道路交通事故模拟情景下的应急救援。本分队参与了化学品泄漏现场国际医疗紧急救援任务。通过充分的准备、团队的配合和熟练的专业救援技术,圆满的完成了任务,并对参与国际性的多国合作化学品泄漏医疗紧急救援有了更深刻的了解和认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 From 24 nd to 28 nd May,the 4th disaster relief exercise of the ASEAN Regional Forum 2015 was held in Prelis,Malaysia.Our hospital that was appointed as the only medical institution of our country sent the National Emergency Medical Rescue Team to attend.This medical exercise,with the participating members being over 30 countries including China,America,Russia,Japan,Korea,India,Australia and EU,will set the background as the typhoon landed on the north of the Malaya,with chemical leakage,buildings collapse,floods,oil spill and industrial accident as well as other imitate scenes.The National Emergency Medical Rescue Team was responsible for the emergency rescue of chemical leakage,building collapse and road traffic accidents.Our unit participated in the international medical emergency rescue mission of chemical leakage.Through the full preparation,team cooperation and skilled professional rescue techniques,we successfully completed the task and had further understanding and awareness of the international cooperation of multinational cooperation in the medical emergency rescue.更多还原
