联合线圈单元开放对磁共振胸椎扫描图像质量的影响
Influence of Dual Coil Elements’ Opening on the Quality of the Images in MR Thoracic Scan
【摘要】 目的探讨联合线圈单元开放对磁共振胸椎扫描图像质量的影响。方法依循随机分配原则将42例胸椎患者分为对照组和观察组,均行磁共振检查,图像处理观察组使用头颈联合线圈加脊柱线圈-CT spine array,对照组使用脊柱线圈spine array 12,比较两组各项指标。结果观察组患者Th1、Th6的噪音比和Th1及Th12的对比噪音比均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);医师对观察组序列上段胸椎的主观评分显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用NV线圈并结合SPINE线圈开放1、2单元有助于提升磁共振胸椎扫描图像质量,具推广意义。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of dual coil elements’ opening on the image’s quality of the in MR thoracic scan. Methods Follow the principle of random assignment,42 patients with thoracic vertebra were divided into control group and observation group. All patients underwent nuclear magnetic resonance imaging. Patients in observation group used head and neck combined coil with spine coil spine array- CT,while patients in control group with spine coil spine array 12. Every index in two groups were compared. Results The noise ratio of Th1,Th6 and Th12 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Compared with the control group,the subjective scores of upper thoracic spine in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion The application of NV coil and SPINE coil in combination with open 1,2 units will help to enhance the quality of MRI thoracic scan image. This method is worth of promotion.
