【摘要】 目的对抗精病药物配伍联用品种与剂量关系的图谱进行分析评价。为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾350例已出院的精神病患者的用药情况,用图谱进行统计分析。结果总共涉及的治疗方案有31种。其中,单用1种抗精神病药治疗方案有13种172例(49.15%);联用2种药的方案有19种139例(39.72%);联用3种药的方案有10种38例(10.85%);联用4种药的方案有1种1例(0.28%)。抗精神病药物二联用药例数居前5位的为喹硫平56例(34.26%),氯氮平48例(30.80%),利培酮45例(28.47%),奥氮平41例(26.07%),阿立哌唑36例(22.17%)。结论随着联用品种类增加,平均用药剂量成逐步减少,用量少于单用剂量,符合配伍使用基本原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and evaluate the relationship between the compatibility of the drug and the dose of the drug. To provide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 350 cases who had been discharged from hospital. Results The total of 31 treatments were involved. Only using one kind of antipsychotic drug treatment programs have 13 kinds of 172 cases( 49. 15%); combined with two drugs scheme 19 kinds of 139 cases( 39. 72%); combined with 3 kinds of medicine scheme has 10 kinds of 38 cases( 10. 85%); combination of four drugs scheme 1 species and 1 cases( 0. 28%). Antipsychotic drugs two drug cases ranking the top five for quetiapine flat 56 cases( 34. 26%) and clozapine in 48 cases( 30.80%),risperidone in 45 cases( 28. 47%),olanzapine in 41 cases( 26. 07%),aripiprazole in 36 cases( 22. 7%).Conclusion With the increase of the types of supplies,the average dosage of the drug is gradually reduced,the dosage is less than the single dose,and the basic principle of compatibility is used.更多还原
