生物催化绿色制造精细化学品进展与实例

【摘要】 生物催化是精细化工增效减排的重要手段.基因组数据库和DNA合成技术的发展降低了生物催化酶的开发成本,使得近年来生物催化应用大大提速.以中科院上海生命科学院参与的相关项目为主,综述了国内近十多年来的生物催化在精细化工领域的应用实例,并讨论了生物催化面临的机遇与挑战.

【Abstract】 Biocatalysis is an important means for energy saving and emission reduction in fine chemical industry.The development of genome database and DNA synthesis technology in recent years has greatly reduced R&D cost of biocatalysts enzymes,enabling the widespread application of biocatalysis.The relevant projects undertaken by Shanghai Institutes for Biological Sciences,Chinese Academy of Sciences were taken as main examples,the application examples of biocatalysis in the field of fine chemical industry in recent 10 years in China were reviewed,and the opportunities and challenges facing biocatalysis were discussed as well.
