【Abstract】 IgA nephropathy( IgAN) is a primary glomerular disease characterized by mesangial proliferation,as well as varying degrees of endocapillary proliferative lesion. The authors reviewed studies about endocapillary proliferative lesion of IgAN and summarized the clinical and pathological characteristics and the prognosis of IgAN patients presented with endocapillary proliferation,in order to clarify the clinical significance of endocapillary proliferation lesion in IgAN.更多还原
