【Abstract】 MiRNA is a kind of small non-encoding RNA molecule,involving in cellular growth,proliferation,development,and the pathogenesis of a variety of diseases. MiRNA has a specific expression profile in different kidney diseases,and plays an important role in many kidney-related diseases,including Ig A nephropathy,diabetic nephropathy,and renal tumor. Specific and sensitive detection of circulating miRNA expression differences,has made miRNA a very promising non-invasive biomarker.
