百子莲花期调控技术研究
Study on the regulation of florescence of Agapanthus praecox ssp.orientalis
【摘要】 以4年生盆栽百子莲为试材,研究了控温栽培和喷施外源生长调节物质对其开花的影响。结果表明:控温栽培百子莲花芽分化明显提前,花芽分化速率加快,变温处理组花期提前50—66 d,小花数量减少25.5%,花序直径缩短27.2%。生长素PP33350 mg/L可使花期推迟12 d;矮壮素1 200 mg/L处理花期提前8 d,小花数量增加27.7%,植株高度缩短29.4%。本研究可为百子莲等观赏植物的定向花期调控提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The effects of temperature-controlled cultivation and spraying exogenous growth regulators on the flowering were studied,taking die 4-year-old potted Agapanthus as test materials.The results showed that the flower buds of Agapanthus differentiated in advance evidendy and the rate of bud differentiation accelerated under temperature-controlled treatment.Also,the flowering period advanced 52—66 days,the floret number decreased by 25.5%,and the inflorescence diameter reduced by 27.2%.The flowering time delayed 12 days with Auxin PP333 treatment of 50 mg/L.However,the flowering time occurred 8 days in advance,the floret number increased by 27.7%and plant height reduced by 29.4%with cycocel treatment of 1 200 mg/L.The study will provide a scientific basis for further investigation on the directional flowering regulation of ornamental plants such as Agapanthus.
