利用SSR标记及表型多样性对扁豆遗传多样性的研究
The genetic diversity of Lablab purpureus revealed by simple sequence repeat markers and phenotypic diversity
【摘要】 利用开发自大豆的SSR分子标记及表型多样性,对收集自中国、美国、印度及泰国的31份扁豆资源进行遗传多样性分析。发现42个SSR标记多态性位点以及扁豆茎色与叶脉色紧密连锁。通过聚类分析及主成分分析,发现31份扁豆资源能够分为3组,且分组不存在地域特异性,说明扁豆资源之间存在相互交流且自然/人工选择基于有限的遗传背景。
【Abstract】 The genetic diversity in a total of 31 Lablab purpureus germplasms collected from China,USA,India and Thailand was analyzed by both simple sequence repeat(SSR) markers derived from Glycine max and their phenotypic diversity.It was found that there were 42 polymorphic loci revealed by the SSR markers and a close linkage between the stem and vein colors.The cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that the 31 germplasms could be divided into 3 groups in which there was no regional specificity,indicating that there was a reciprocal exchange among the germplasms and a natural/artificial selection based on limited genetic background.
