基于SSR标记的鲜食玉米自交系遗传多样性分析

【摘要】 从103对SSR引物中筛选出42对稳定扩增的多态性SSR引物,多态性比率为40.8%,并对117份玉米自交系的亲缘关系进行评价。结果表明:42对SSR标记共扩增出171个等位基因,每个标记位点等位基因数从2到8个,平均等位基因数为4.1,多态性信息量(PIC)值范围从0.73到0.90,平均每对引物0.82。用UPGMA方法将117份玉米自交系划分为3个类群,划分结果与其系谱来源基本相符。

【Abstract】 Of 103-pair SSR primers,42 pairs of polymorphic SSR primers of stable amplification were identified,being 40.8%of polymorphism ratio,and then used to evaluate the genetic relationships of 117 maize inbred lines.The result showed that a total of 171 alleles were amplified by the 42-pair SSRs.the number of alleles per marker site ranged from 2 to 8,averaging 4.1,and the polymorphic information content(PIC) values were 0.73—0.90,averaging 0.82 each pair of primers.The 117 maize inbred lines were classified into three groups by the UPGMA method,and the classified result basically conformed to their pedigree analysis.
