【摘要】 学界通常认为由于林纾不懂西文,其译本的选择完全由合译者操纵。这一论断忽略了"合译模式"下每个译者作为社会个体,彼此可能存在的协商过程。受当时许多具体社会因素的影响,林纾合译模式下的译本选择,应是以林纾为主导,在其文学追求与社会影响因素共同作用之下,整个翻译团队经过潜在的"协商",最终达成的"一致选择"。因此,译本选择的责任,不能仅推给合译者一方,而应该由以林纾为主导的合译团队来共同承担。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is commonly agreed that the selection of translation originals of Lin Shu was the full responsibility of his collaborators because he had no command of foreign languages concerned. However,this point ignores the possible negotiation between Lin Shu and his collaborators. A study of the relevant social factors indicates that the selection of the originals resulted from their mutual coordination through consideration of many factors,in which Lin Shu apparently played a leading role. Therefore,the final translating decision was made,as we can well assume,through the team’s collaborative efforts.更多还原
