高压干法直流正接GMAW熔滴过渡特性
The Drop Transfer Characteristic of DCEN Hyperbaric Underwater Welding
【摘要】 为研究高压环境下的直流正接GMAW熔滴过渡特性,以环境压力、焊接电压及送丝速度为主要变量,采用高速摄像方法得到不同参数下熔滴过渡形式.探讨了各种熔滴过渡形式的分布规律及形成原因.结果表明:环境压力不高、送丝速度低时,熔滴呈现大滴过渡;环境压力不高、送丝速度中等时,低焊接电压易形成短路过渡而高焊接电压易形成大滴过渡;环境压力较高时,主要呈现排斥过渡和短路过渡:电压低时呈现短路过渡,电压升高呈现排斥过渡.结果可为高压干法直流正接GMAW参数选取提供依据.
【Abstract】 To study the metal transfer of the dry hyperbaric DCEN GMAW,a high-speed video camera system was developed which got the different kinds of metal transfer with different parameters.The distribution law and the cause of the metal transfer are found.The study result proves that,different parameter levels cause the different results.Under low ambient pressure,globular transfer appears with the low velocity of the wire feeder.When the velocity increases,under the low voltage,it presents the short-circuit transfer.And when the ambient pressure increases,under the higher voltage,it presents the repelled transfer.The results can provide the bases for the dry hyperbaric DCEN GMAW.
