空气中的药芯割丝电弧切割机制

【摘要】 为探讨空气中熔化极电弧的切割机制,采用在工件边沿切割的方法以避免工件对电弧的遮挡,采用电弧传感器和高速摄像同步采集系统对电弧切割过程中的切割电流、电弧电压和割口区图像进行采集与分析,通过改变送丝速度、电弧电压和切割速度等参数来分析切割过程的变化情况.结果表明:切割时,电弧除了在切割方向移动外,还在送丝方向做周期性的上下移动;当割丝与前方割口发生短路时,电弧由工件下方转移到工件上方;电弧在工件厚度方向的平均位置将影响切割过程的稳定性.

【Abstract】 To clarify the metal arc cutting mechanism in air,the work piece was cut at its edge to avoid the arc being blocked.An "arc sensor-high speed photography"synchronous acquisition system was established to obtain the cutting current,arc voltage and images of the cutting area.By changing the wire feeding speed,arc voltage,cutting speed and other parameters,the cutting process was analyzed.The results show that the arc moves up and down besides moving with the torch in the cutting direction.When there is a short circuit between the cutting wire and the front of the cutting area,the arc transfers from the bottom of the work piece to the top of the work piece.The average position of the arc in the work piece thickness direction affects the stability of the cutting process.This paper lays the foundation for further study of the underwater cutting mechanism.
