【摘要】 结合当前在建立智能电网存在的各种问题,提出在能源领域必须从供给、生产端入手。通过解放生产力,提高竞争力,以创新产品促进能源科技和产业的发展。通过分析提出:要从便利化、市场化着眼,鼓励创新和竞争,破除人为垄断与落后,从结构性提升我国能源的国际竞争力;建立智能电网,实现能源智能化、能源交易自由多边化。尽早建立能源互联网是能源供给侧结构性改革的必然发展;大力发展可再生能源,是建立能源互联网、实现能源供给侧结构性改革的关键。

【Abstract】 The article is combined with all kinds of problems from currently constructing smart grid and puts forward energy field must-do, which is from supply side and production side. Through liberating productive forces, improving competitiveness, promoting energy science and industry development by creative products. We should focus on convenience and market-oriented and encourage innovation and competition to get rid of artificial monopolies and backwardness, which would upgrade international competitiveness of China’s energy from structural side to build up smart grid and achieve energy intelligence and multilateral liberalization of energytrading. Establishing energy internet as soon as possible is inevitable development of energy supply side structural reform and key to build up energy internet and achieve energy supply side structural reform.
