基于先进FTU的配电网故障智能处理决策系统的设计与开发
Design and Development of Power Distribution Network Intelligent Fault Processing and Decision Making System Based on Advanced FTU
【摘要】 随着国内人民生活水平的日益提高、城市化进程的不断加速。工业、商业及居民用户对于电力企业的服务质量的要求也随之提升。如何提高供电电能质量、提高供电可靠性、降低电网损耗等等,都是我们急待解决的问题。其中减少各类停电时间保证供电可靠性,是影响用户用电体验的最直接因素。为了实现这一目标我们设计并制作了一套基于先进FTU(馈线终端单元)的停电管理及恢复供电智能辅助决策系统。通过综合考虑电网设备情况和用户的用电安排,合理的安排设备检修,尽可能的减少设备停电次数、缩短停电时间及范围。本文介绍了该系统的设计思想、系统结构、通过配电网重构的理念设计配电网故障消除重构算法,以及系统的实现。
【Abstract】 With improving domestic people living standard and accelerating urbanization process,industrial,commercial and residential customers service requirements for electric power enterprises are increasing.How to improve electric power quality,improve electric power stability,reduce electric power network loss are the problems we confront.Reducing all kinds of black out and maintaining electric power supply reliability are the most straight factor which influences customers feelings when using electric power.We design and construct blackout management and power supply recovery intelligent assistant decision making system based on advanced FTU(feeder terminal unit) to fulfill this target.Through comprehensively considering electric power network equipment situation and customer power usage arrangement,it will arrange reasonable equipment maintenance,reduce equipment blackout times,decrease blackout time and range.The article introduces system design idea,system structure and system realization through the design idea of electric power distribution network reconstruction and fault reduction reconstruction algorithm.
