激光熔覆大厚度铁基非晶合金的电化学腐蚀特性研究
ANALYSIS ON ELECTROCHEMICAL CORROSION BEHAVIOR OF Fe-BASED THICK AMORPHOUS ALLOY COATING PREPARED BY LASER CLADDING
【摘要】 采用激光多层熔覆的方法在铁基体上制备了大厚度非晶复合涂层,再模拟非晶材料在硫化物环境下进行不同温度下的电化学腐蚀。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电化学分析仪及能谱分析仪(EDS)对涂层的组织结构、微观形貌、成分分布及腐蚀参数等进行了分析。结果表明,激光熔覆制备出的大厚度铁基非晶合金具有明显的非晶特征,在电化学腐蚀中非晶涂层表现出良好的耐硫腐蚀性能,随着温度的升高,铁基非晶在硫酸中的腐蚀电流密度呈现先减小后稍微增大的趋势,当温度低于60℃时,腐蚀电流密度会显著减小,当温度高于60℃时,腐蚀电流密度稍微增大,这种变化与温度和钝化膜有关。
【Abstract】 A thick amorphous composite coating was prepared by multi-layer laser cladding,and then the electrochemical corrosion experiments of amorphous materials under sulfide environment were simulated at different temperatures. Microstructure,composition and corrosion parameters of the coating were analysed by X-ray diffractometer( XRD),scanning electron microscope( SEM),electrochemical analyser and energy dispersion spectrum( EDS). The results indicated that the Febased thick amorphous alloy coating prepared by laser cladding showed good sulfur corrosion resistance in electrochemical corrosion. With the increase of temperature,corrosion current density of Fe-based amorphous in the sulfuric acid showed the tendency of decreasing first and then slightly increasing. When the temperature falls below 60 ℃,the corrosion current density significantly decreased,and when the temperature was above 60 ℃,the corrosion current density increased slightly,this change was related to the temperature and passivation film.
