中间材Ni对轧制碳钢-不锈钢复合界面的影响
EFFECT OF INTERLAYER Ni ON CLAD INTERFACE OF ROLLING CARBON STEEL/STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 为研究由于复合板生产中元素扩散引起的复合板性能恶化的问题,采用Ni箔作为中间材对碳钢-不锈钢的复合轧制进行研究。对焊接及抽真空后的组坯加热至1 200℃,保温后分4个道次进行轧制,并对添加与未添加中间材Ni的轧后复合界面进行氧化夹杂、组织、成分以及显微硬度检测。试验结果表明,碳钢-不锈钢氧化性夹杂主要由外来引入的连续夹杂和板坯内部残留氧化性气体所引起的点状夹杂组成,且Ni的加入不影响夹杂的成分及数量;中间材Ni能够保证界面结合处足够含量的Ni且有效地抑制C元素的扩散,从而解决了碳钢-不锈钢复合轧制中的"增碳贫铬"问题;中间材Ni的加入还能够有效地避免高硬度Cr的碳化物在复合界面处的形成。
【Abstract】 To study the clad plate property deterioration caused by element diffusion,Ni was adopted as an interlayer material for carbon steel / stainless steel composite rolling. After heating to1 200 ℃,the welded and evacuated plates were divided into four passes of rolling,then the oxide inclusions,microstructure,element and micro hardness of clad interface were detected and observed for those which was added interlayer or not. Oxide inclusions could be classified into continuous inclusions caused by introduction and punctate inclusions caused by residual,and Ni had no causal effect on component and quantity of inclusions; Experiments showed that interlayer of Ni could ensure enough mass fraction of Ni and effectively restrained C diffusion between carbon steel and stainless steel,so as to solve the problem of "increasing carbon and depleting chromium"in carbon steel /stainless steel clad rolling. The tests of micro hardness in clad interface showed that interlayer of Ni could effectively avoid the high hardness Cr carbide formation in clad interface.
