【摘要】 观察从肺肾论治变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:将130例肺肾气虚型变应性鼻炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组65例应用益气温阳汤加味口服,对照组65例应用依巴斯汀片口服,疗程均为14天。结果:治疗组脱落6例,59例中显效41例,有效15例,无效3例,总有效率94.92%;对照组脱落8例,57例中显效23例,有效29例,无效5例,总有效率91.23%;经统计学处理,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳汤加味治疗变应性鼻炎的近期疗效优于依巴斯汀片,能较好控制患者的症状,改善患者体征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of allergic rhinitis from lung and kidney.Methods: 130 patients with allergic rhinitis of deficiency of lung and kidney qi were randomly divided into two groups. 65 cases of treatment group were treated with oral modified Yiqi Wenyang decoction,while 65 cases of control group were treated with oral Ebastine Tablets. The course of treatment of both groups was 14 days. Results: In59 cases of treatment group,there were 6 cases of loss,41 cases of obvious effect,15 effective cases,3 ineffective cases. The total effective rate in treatment group was 94. 92%. While in 57 cases of control group,there were 8 cases of loss,23 cases of obvious effect,29 effective cases,5 ineffective cases. The total effective rate in control group was 91. 23%. The effects of two groups were statistically processed. The difference was statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusions: Short-term efficacy of modified Yiqi Wenyang decoction on allergic rhinitis is better than that of Ebastine Tablets,can better control the symptoms of patients and improve the physical signs of patients.更多还原
