【摘要】 信文章从档案信息资源建设对传承和弘扬丝绸之路精神、对发展与"一带一路"沿路国家的睦邻友好关系、对促进"一带一路"的政治、经济、文化、宗教、旅游等事业发展提供决策咨询、对忠实记录"一带一路"战略实施进程供后世史鉴等方面具有重要意义,阐述加强"一带一路"档案信息资源建设的必要性。提出把加强"一带一路"档案信息资源建设工作纳入国民经济和社会发展规划之中,纳入"一带一路"智库建设之中,加强"一带一路"沿线国家和地区的档案交流与合作,加强"一带一路"档案信息资源建设人才队伍的培养等思考建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article has great significance in inheriting and carrying forward the Silk Road’s spirit, developing a friendly neighbor relationship, promoting development of the OBAOR’politics and economy and so on, and providing historical reference to the recording of the OBAOR’strategic process. At the same time, the article puts forward some suggestions as follows: to put the construction of archives information resources of OBAOR into national economic and social development plan and think-tank building; to strengthen archives’ exchange and cooperation among the regions and nations along OBAOR, and to train and cultivate archives talents.更多还原
