【Abstract】 Neuro law is a new interdisciplinary subject which is the combination of cognitive neuroscience and law. It employ the technology of cognitive neuroscience to study the mental behaviors relating to law. The combination of brain science and law will help to further understand the cognitive and neural mechanism of human morality, immorality, law-abiding and illegal behaviors. The study of the neuro law not only helps people to understand the cognitive neural mechanism and the countermeasures of illegal behaviors, but also has important significance and inspiration to moral education.
