【摘要】 随着高校招生的不断扩招和延迟退休政策的出台而导致的就业机会的减少,艺术类毕业生作为其中一个特殊的群体,他们的就业问题成为当下一个社会热点话题。如何通过就业指导等相关课程,科学地引导学生树立正确的就业观,逐渐成为高校教育提升的重要方向。由于艺术教育的一些特殊性,高校的就业指导部门应及时地结合专业特点进行有效的指导,才能确保大学生就业难的局面逐步得到改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ever increasing enrollment of higher education institutions and government policy of delaying the retirement age lead to a decrease in job opportunities. Employment issue of college and university graduates of the art specialty has been under a heated discussion because of the graduates’ special identity. How to help graduates majoring in art build up a correct career outlook through instructive courses is becoming an important direction for more progress in higher education. However,due to the special nature of art education,employment departments in higher education institutions have not provided timely guidance for those graduates,and it is necessary to understand current problems and subsequently correct them.更多还原
